Privacy, terms, and disclosures for incomenomics.com and the Incomenomics platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how Incomenomics, LLC ("Incomenomics," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit incomenomics.com, sign in to your client portal, submit a formation or funding request, complete a tax intake, or use any of our services.
Current vendor names are listed in our Subprocessors section below.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share only with service providers that help us deliver the service, and only as needed: database and authentication providers, payment processors, bank connectivity providers, mail delivery vendors, e-signature platforms, email delivery providers, business email providers, state corporate filing offices, the IRS, FinCEN, lenders/credit bureaus (only when you authorize), authorized subcontractors and team members bound by confidentiality, and when required by law.
Access to your portal data requires authentication. Bank, card, and SSN-level data is handled by specialized processors and is not stored in plain text on our servers. Database access is restricted via row-level security so you only see your own records, and team members only see what they need for the work assigned to them.
We retain client records for the period required by IRS, state, and professional standards (generally seven years for tax records, longer for permanent client files).
You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@incomenomics.com from the email on file.
The site and services are not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy. Questions: Incomenomics, LLC, 730 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 570, Atlanta, GA 30308, info@incomenomics.com, (404) 809-2002.

Back to top of sectionBy using incomenomics.com or the Incomenomics client portal, you agree to these Terms.
Incomenomics provides business formation, EIN applications, BOI filings, Registered Agent service, business website creation, bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation and filing, bill pay, check mailing, business credit building, and business funding placement. A client relationship begins only after we have executed a written engagement letter or e-signed agreement.
Incomenomics, LLC is a Georgia-based financial services firm. Tax returns are prepared by IRS-registered paid preparers; the preparer's PTIN and the firm's name appear on every return we file. Unless your engagement letter specifically states otherwise, Incomenomics does not provide legal advice; for legal opinions please consult a licensed attorney in your state.
Funding, credit, formation timelines, tax refunds, and audit outcomes depend on your specific circumstances and on third parties. We do not guarantee approval, a specific filing speed, a specific refund or tax outcome, or any particular result.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, to respond to document and signature requests in a reasonable time, and to review documents we prepare before signing or filing.
Incomenomics may use qualified subcontractors or junior team members to assist with bookkeeping, data entry, document handling, website creation, and similar tasks. All team members are bound by confidentiality and only access the information needed for their work.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs through your account, including all payment instructions and document signatures, whether or not you authorized them, to the extent permitted by law.
The Incomenomics name and registered mark, the site content, the platform code, and design are owned by Incomenomics, LLC and may not be copied, framed, or reused without written permission.
Our platform integrates with third-party service providers for payment processing, bank connectivity, e-signature, mail delivery, email delivery, and database hosting. Their current names are listed in the Subprocessors section.
The site and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Incomenomics' aggregate liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that specific service in the prior twelve months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
Back to top of sectionIncomenomics prepares and files your formation documents with your selected state's corporate filing office on your behalf. We are a third-party filing service, not a law firm.
By ordering a formation service, you authorize Incomenomics to take all reasonable steps to form your entity in the state you select. This may include listing Incomenomics or an authorized team member as the organizer, incorporator, or filer on the public formation document, signing filing paperwork on your behalf, paying the state filing fee on your behalf, and removing Incomenomics as the organizer after the filing is complete.
State filing fees are paid to the state of formation, not to Incomenomics. Once a filing has been submitted to a state, the state's fee is non-refundable.
Registered Agent service designates Incomenomics or a contracted agent partner as your registered agent of record. The service includes receiving and forwarding service-of-process and state mail to the email on file. You must keep your contact information current. Registered Agent renewal is billed annually.
BOI filings under the Corporate Transparency Act are submitted to FinCEN. You remain legally responsible for the accuracy of beneficial ownership information you provide.
Back to top of sectionTax preparation services are provided by Incomenomics, LLC through IRS-registered paid preparers. The preparer's PTIN and the firm's name appear on every return we prepare for you.
Back to top of sectionBookkeeping engagements are scoped per client based on transaction volume, number of accounts, and reporting needs. Pricing is provided in your engagement letter.
Back to top of sectionWhen you sign up for bill pay, you authorize Incomenomics, its banking partners, and its processors to initiate payments from accounts you connect, to recipients you designate, in the amounts you approve.
By submitting a payment instruction, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to make the payment.
ACH bill payments are governed by NACHA rules. You agree to comply with NACHA rules applicable to you as the originator of the payment instruction.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate stop payment requests for payments not yet cleared, but neither Incomenomics nor our banking partners can guarantee that a stop payment will succeed.
You will indemnify Incomenomics and our banking partners for any loss either of us incurs because a payee you have chosen is associated with illegal activity, fraud, or sanctioned parties.
Back to top of sectionIncomenomics offers business credit profile building and funding placement assistance. We are not a lender. We do not issue credit, do not guarantee approval by any lender, vendor, or credit bureau, and do not control underwriting decisions.
Some credit-building steps require you to apply for vendor accounts, file information with bureaus (DUNS, Experian Business), and pay vendor fees. Those fees are separate from our service fees.
Back to top of sectionWhen you give your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that Incomenomics may send you account and service text messages, such as appointment reminders, document requests, invoices, and payment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@incomenomics.com or (404) 809-2002. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Back to top of sectionMany of our engagement letters, authorizations, and filings can be signed electronically. By signing electronically you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature for the document signed. You have the right to receive any document in non-electronic form by emailing info@incomenomics.com.
Back to top of sectionYou may request a refund of our service fee within 60 days of purchase as long as your order has not yet been submitted to the state agency. A $50 processing fee will be retained. Once a filing has been submitted, both the state filing fee and our service fee are non-refundable.
If you cancel before we begin work, your engagement deposit is fully refundable. Once preparation has begun, fees are pro-rated based on hours and stage of completion.
Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
A 50% deposit secures your project. The deposit is non-refundable once design has started.
Fees for credit-building service tiers are non-refundable once we begin work.
